He told me how he's not use to sharing things, and that it was always "What's yours is yours." I would get very frustrated with him at times too because our ways would be so different from his, apparently. It's basically the things he doesn't do like, hold the door. Or for instance, I was there carrying a heavy box trying to get through the door and he doesn't lend a helping hand one bit. Of course it's not that you have to, but isn't it just common sense to help someone when you see it?
There was this one time when we were having dinner, I grabbed us plates and cups. I set them down on the counter to go back and get the spoons. Seemingly, what I thought, I saw that he went to get the utensils himself already, and to myself, "Alright, thanks that's great." When he got back I noticed he only had brought one for himself. That pretty much made me snap, but I never mentioned anything about it to him, about most of it actually.
It's not the fact that he didn't bring me a spoon, but as harsh as it sounds, it's because this guy couldn't give a less crap about anyone other than himself. That is what he shows to me anyway. I'm not here to judge him or anyone in that matter though, hopefully we can just live and learn to better ourselves for one another, and not for our own benefits. For most instances, I'm sure we're all different and unique, but deep down not so different at all.
